In response to the public’s demand for clean government and the presentment of the Palm Beach County Grand Jury regarding investigation of PBC Governance and Public Corruption issues, on Dec 19, 2009, the Board of County Commissioners enacted ordinances establishing an Inspector General, Commission on Ethics, and the PBC Code of Ethics.
